I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving! We will have our Pack Meeting tonight for all dens upstairs in the Family Life Center. (Gym)  If you still did not pick up your popcorn, please get it from me at the sign-up table.  Please don’t forget to bring the remaining popcorn money.  Tonight is the last night for collections!  Webelos are scheduled to set up this month’s Pack Meeting.  If you are a Webelos I parent, please try to get your Scout to the meeting by 6:45.

We have sign-ups for Rockin’ Jump, at this time, which will be in lieu of our December 5th meeting.  It will also be the only time we meet in December.  Scouts are free.  Siblings may join for $11 each.  We will have cake after our jump time of 6:30.  Please go to this electronic waiver link and fill it our for each person in your family that will jump.

The Pinewood Derby car kits will be passed out at the close of the Rockin’ Jump party, to each scout that wants to participate in our derby, which is in February.  If you know nothing about Pinewood Derby, I assure you, you will learn all about it from your fearless leaders very soon!

The Pack Lock-In will be Friday, January 5th beginning at 5:30 pm.  Each den completes either a requirement or an elective that night.  We serve pizza as a snack and play games.  It’s always a great time!  There’s a movie shown while we set up our sleeping bags and air mattresses.

The Pack Ski Trip will be Monday, January 22nd .  That is a Teacher Workday for the WS/FCS system.  We will be skiing at Sugar Mountain Ski Lodge.   The rate to ski is $26 and the rate to snowboard is $31.  This includes lift tickets, rental equipment, and group lessons.  Helmets can be rented at an additional cost of $9 for ages 12 or older or $5 for age 11 or under.  This event is always a fun time even if you don’t know how to ski.  Children MUST be 8 years old to participate in group lessons.
