We hope that you are having a great break.  Just a reminder that the Pinewood Derby weekend is February 20th.  The car weigh-in and impound is 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Friday, February 20st in the Fellowship Hall at Mt Tabor UMC. The derby begins at 8:00 am on Saturday February 21st with the Tiger Den racing first .  Please see the website page on the Pinewood Derby for the schedule and other details. 

There are very specific rules for creating your scout’s car, please pay close attention to the rules, it is very sad for the boys if their car is disqualified.  We want to stress not to use any materials for your car that didn’t come in the kit including a precut body or designer wheels. Your scout’s car can be disqualified even if you bought the materials at the Cub Scout store.
