This fall our Pack has been invited to attend a Wake Forest Football game on October 30th, 2015 and spend the night on the WFU baseball field. This event is in its third year.

The tickets are $15/person and this is a family event. You can order tickets through Shannon until October 20th.

Scouts wear Class B T-shirt for this event.

Here is the tentative schedule for the evening:

Friday, October 30

• 4:00pm-6:00pm: Equipment Drop-Off at the WF Baseball Park. Attendees will park in the LJVM Lot for the game.
• Parking is $10. After parking, scouts may carry their equipment to the WF Baseball Park. Paul Hinrichs (Wake Forest Ticket Sales representative) will be at the Baseball Park during this time. (An announcement will be made during the program at the Baseball Park following the football game informing adults when vehicles may be moved to the baseball parking lot.)
• 6:15pm: Hat Voucher Redemption: The hat vouchers can be redeemed from Paul Hinrichs from 6:15pm-6:45pm under the scoreboard on the South end of the stadium.
• 7:00pm: Game Kickoff
• 9:30pm: Pictures on the Football Field
• 10:30pm: Guest Speaker at WF Baseball Park. A member of the WF Men’s Basketball Coaching Staff will address the scouts. This is where the boys will also get their event patch. Following the guest speaker, a movie will be shown on the video board at the Baseball Park.

REMINDERS

• No campfires, camp stoves or any other cooking devise is allowed on the baseball field.
• No tent stakes on the field.
• Parking for the football game will be in the LJVM parking lot ($10 per vehicle.) Vehicles may be moved to the baseball parking lot later in the evening.

In the event or threat of severe weather, the event will be moved to the sandlot.
